When traveling on a private vehicle to Butuan City from Cagayan de Oro City, it is always great if you made your lunch here at Nita's Place. This is located at the sea sides of Talisayan, a municipality of Misamis Oriental. The place offers simplicity with a touch of extravagant views of the seas and the mountain of Binuangan. You can experience the sumptuous local Filipino seafood dishes here made with local and flavorful ingredients which can be easily found on your local market stores. Yet, the flavor flows delightfully. You may wonder how they even did it with such simple ingredients. They serve seafoods ranging from Sinugba, Tinola, Kinilaw among others. The only down side to the experience is that they will only serve what fish are available at the given moment. That is the restraint. But given that, all my experiences from dining here did not result to being unhappy or unsatisfied with everything. Even if you do not like the variety of the fish, they will able to turn that fish into seafood royalty!

Their variety of fishes are in local term "Lab-as" and you can actually smell the freshness of the fish which you will be choosing for your own particular dish. It's always the highlight of my CDO-BXU trip to come here and dine with the royalty of seafoods only found in Talisayan. The place itself gives you the warm peace and the calm majestic presence of the seas which will add to your dining experience. Check out the photos and come dine here whenever you happened to pass by Talisayan. It is only an hour and a half travel from Cagayan de Oro City.

This is the photo of the main entrance of the place.

The Sari-sari area!

The pathway to the cottages.

The back view!

At the back of the great hall which is left on the entrance. I really took this pic to showcase the beautiful view of the mountain island! Rumor has it named as Binuangan Mountain. I don't know if it is true but for name's sake, lets use that for now. I will edit it once I will find a substantial evidence regarding that mountain's name. This is getting bigger and better. Thanks for your time and here's to the next time. Paalam!
